After Dongguan TIMS Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. signed the procurement contract for the "Automatic Powder Spraying Pretreatment Production Line for Water Heater Shells" with Zhengzhou Haier New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on June 23, 2021, our company quickly established a project team under the responsibility system of a project manager. The team, together with project members, conducted layered analysis and division of labor for all aspects of the project, including the scheme design, structural planning, configuration and selection of purchased components, production and manufacturing processes, and installation and debugging details, without any slack. All departments of the company worked overtime on design, procurement, production, and manufacturing. Through joint efforts, the project was loaded and shipped three times on August 21, August 23, and September 11, 2021. During this period, purchased components were also successively delivered to the site to ensure the supply of materials for on-site installation and debugging and smooth progress of the work.

The "Automatic Powder Spraying Pretreatment Line for Water Heater Shells" features not only high-end equipment configuration but also a high degree of informatization and intelligence. In order to reduce equipment energy consumption, our company specially adopted the design concept of waste gas waste heat utilization, while integrating our company's more than ten years of rich experience in the water heater industry. This will enable the "Automatic Powder Spraying Pretreatment Line for Water Heater Shells" to have multiple advantages, including high automation, informatization, and intelligence, low labor input, high production efficiency, good production environment, high visibility for visits, low comprehensive energy consumption, environmental friendliness, and small footprint. The production line is expected to be put into operation three months later.
