Q1 2022 Battle Report of TIMS Group
In the first quarter of 2022,TIMS Group continued to maintain a high-load and high-saturation production status. The market prospects for its advanced automated, informatized, and intelligent enameling production lines and painting production lines—with continuous technological innovation and progress—remained optimistic. The company successively signed contracts for three sets of high-end automated, informatized, and intelligent enameling production lines and other painting production lines with leading customers in the industry, achieving a strong and good start of robust production and sales in Q1 2022.
Haier Group's Zhengzhou Haier (the world's first end-to-end lighthouse factory in the water heater industry) for the Phase II project of the automated, informatized, and intelligent enameling production line for water heater liners (including sandblasting, enameling, drying, and firing);
A giant microwave oven company for an automated, informatized, and intelligent enameling production line (P-type radiant tube gas enameling furnace) for water heater liners;
Meigel Group's Yuemei Zhizao for an automated enameling production line (electric enameling furnace) for water heater liners.
Notably, the gas enameling furnace for the water heater liner production line of the giant microwave oven company features German original imported Inconel 601 high-temperature resistant alloy steel for the P-type radiant tubes (the "core" of the furnace) and German original imported WS burners for key components. This gas enameling furnace represents the highest-end domestic configuration currently available, replacing imported models such as German Eisenmann gas enameling furnaces. All the above projects are scheduled to be put into operation in approximately five months.
The Phase I project of Haier Group's Zhengzhou Haier automated enameling production line (P-type radiant tube gas enameling furnace) for water heater liners (including sandblasting, enameling, drying, and firing), which entered installation in Q4 last year, along with the energy-efficient automatic pretreatment powder spraying production line for water heater shells, the pretreatment dry/wet enameling and firing production line for hardware oven components of Jipin Hardware, and Zhejiang Zhongguang Electric's automated enameling production line for air-source heat pump water heater liners (including automatic online enameling and P-type radiant tube gas enameling furnace), as well as Haier Group's Laiyang Smart Kitchen range hood hardware electrophoresis production line, all entered the final installation and commissioning phase for production in Q1 this year.
